Buffy's SEASON ONE Hero Stake

This hero stake made of hard resin was screen-used by Sarah Michelle Gellar as "Buffy Summers" in the first two seasons of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer. This unique type of stake first made its appearance in Season 1 Episode 2 "The Harvest" when we see Buffy gathering her "vampire-fighting" gear for the first time from a secret compartment inside her footlocker trunk. She brings it with her to fight Lucas, The Master's vessel for "The Harvest" and kills him by staking him with it in the back.

This type of stake also appears on the cover of the Season One DVD set and various promotional material from that era. Very few of these were made.
